3. Human resources
Human ressources they are another key element within any business, and this refers to human capital, people. Being able to identify, attract and hire talent – people who add value to the business – can improve many aspects of it. Having good workers is always a positive aspect.
On another side, the company’s image, its notoriety and its references can make it reach more or less customers, That people are more or less satisfied, etc.
As in the previous areas, in this one can also find good areas of opportunities, which allow to improve the image of the company both from the outside and from the inside (own workers). It can also build customer loyalty.
