There are healthy habits like applying body cream after you shower. However, our routine is made up of bad habits or unhealthy habits which when performed on autopilot we usually don’t question them because we don’t even realize that we are leading that particular behavior.

Note how many times you repeat the bad habit throughout the day and record it for 21 days.
4. What or who gives life to your bad habit?
Identify, observe, be aware of what or who gives life to your bad habit and write it down. Do you feel anxious every time you have to speak in public and it makes you drink a lot of coffee? Do you feel anxious every time you have to face a job interview and it makes you smoke more? Are you overeating without hunger near a scheduled family reunion? Are you constantly making complaints and criticisms when you visit social media? Do you eat between the hours when you are nervous?
Take the example of the latter case: the unhealthy habit is eating between meals and what gives it life is this state of nervousness. Write down what or who is causing you this state of nervousness.
5. Replace unhealthy habits
