About these terms
These terms govern your use of psychologysays.net and your subscription to the Psychology Says newsletter. By using the site or subscribing, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site or subscribe.
The service
Psychology Says is a free email newsletter. There is nothing to buy from us, no account to create and no subscription fee. We publish it monthly and may change how often, pause it, or stop publishing altogether.
Your subscription
Subscribe only with an address you control, and only if you are 16 or older. Every issue carries a one-click unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately, and you may also write to info@psychologysays.net. We may remove any address from the list at any time, without needing a reason.
What you may not do
Use this site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, subscribe addresses that are not yours, or use anything published here to send unsolicited mail.
Intellectual property
The writing, layout and artwork on this site and in the newsletter belong to Summit Axis Group, LLC unless credited otherwise. Quote a reasonable extract with attribution and a link; do not republish issues wholesale or present them as your own.
Offers from others
Issues contain links to third-party websites and offers, and some of those links pay us a commission. We do not control those sites, do not verify their claims, and do not endorse them by including them. Anything you buy is a contract between you and that seller, on their terms, and any dispute is with them.
Check the terms and prices on the destination site before buying. Offers may expire or change without notice to us.
Disclaimer
The site and the newsletter are provided as-is. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information in them is complete, current or fit for any particular purpose. Nothing here is professional, financial, legal or medical advice.
Our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Summit Axis Group, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the site, the newsletter, or anything you obtained through a third-party link. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Stopping

Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, and the courts of Delaware, USA have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not remove protections you have under the mandatory law of your own country.
Changes
This version is effective 11 January 2026. We may revise these terms; the current version is always on this page and the date above changes with it. Continuing to use the site or receive the newsletter after a revision means you accept it.
